Oral Presentations:
· Oral presentations should be 10 minutes in duration with a following 5 minutes allocated for questions.
· For Oral presentations it is expected that there will be one presenter, please get in contact if you were planning on this not being the case.
Key date: your presentation/slides must be submitted in advance and no later than Friday 3 November 2023.
Symposia & Workshop Presentations:
· In order to accommodate symposia sessions throughout the programme we are asking all sessions to be 1 hour in duration.
· If any co-authors/presenters are due to present at the conference they should also complete a presenter registration form.
Key date: the lead presenter co-ordinates the presentation/slides for the session and this finalised presentation must be submitted in advance and no later than Friday 3 November 2023.
Poster Presentations:
1. Posters will be streamed into themes/groups.
2. Each poster will be given a number that will correspond to the poster board in the venue. We anticipate allocating more than one A3 poster to each board.
3. Poster abstracts will be included in the conference programme booklet. We will not include an image of your poster.
4. On the day, please bring your A3 portrait poster with you. You will be responsible for adding your poster to the relevant board. We will provide velcro sticky dots to attach the poster to the board.
5. You are welcome to laminate your poster and there is no minimum font size. You are welcome to use the attached template however you wish.
· Posters will be displayed throughout the duration of the conference.
· Please use the poster template below for your poster. Posters should be A3 portrait and brought with you on the day. We will provide boards and Velcro dots.
